The second film in BT’s campaign to challenge broadband status quo is launching today, as part of an advertising campaign to challenge the UK to think a little harder about their choice of broadband provider. The campaign asks consumers why they’re willing to buy the best smart devices, tech and streaming services if their broadband provider continues to let them down.
A familiar scenario plays out during the ad between a real-life couple, Raheem and Theo, who thanks to broadband issues have been stuck at home all day waiting for someone to fix Raheem’s Wi-Fi.
The creative ends with a reminder that only BT has home tech experts that customers can book can in two-hour time slots, seven days a week.
The advert will be supported across radio, outdoor, print, social and digital media.
