Meet our leadership

Ruth set up our Data Arts team in 2018. She leads the team with a belief that data is a powerful creative tool for insight, inspiration, and communication. Ruth uses data science to turn datasets into something meaningful and actionable.

Award-winning creative and filmmaker Franki joined Saatchis a decade ago, and has created much of its most notable work for clients such as Direct Line and DT. She is also Exec producer at Western Edge Pictures.

Since 2008, Richard has led our strategic output, specialising in brand strategy for large companies with multiple stakeholders. Richard is an opinion former & commentator on brands and advertising through adliterate.

Jess ensures production is an integral part of the ideas process. She joined from 750mph, where she worked with IKEA, Playstation and Bodyform, having previously spent nine years at Grey delivering Cannes-winning work.

JT oversees the day-to-day running of the company, including its P&L, talent, departments, squads and specialist functions. With Saatchis since 2020, JT has led on some of the agency’s biggest clients, most notably BT and EE.

Claire joined Saatchi & Saatchi as CEO in March 2025, bringing a passion for using creativity to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead transformational change. She is committed to the agency’s founding spirit of ‘Nothing is Impossible’ and to delivering outstanding work for some of the UK’s most iconic brands.
Meet some of our crew

Nayab makes all the crazy sh*t happen. With the right people. At the right time. Within budget. All whilst making sure everyone’s having a laugh.

Will and Iki are a creative duo. They get paid to come up with big ideas for brands and then make them happen. They love their jobs.

Sarah is a senior creative with a journalism and social media background, which means she can tell stories in a tweet or a 90" script.

Jimmy turns sticky business problems into inspiring briefs for creatives, helping to create the ideas that people in the real world will care about.

Humiraa joined in 2021 through the Saatchi Open Programme and now works as a Data Artist, bridging the gap between Planning and Data.

Tamara joined us through the Saatchi Open Program in 2022. While she settled in Account Management, she insists she’s more of a t-shirt and jeans than a suit.
