This year's ad, Where Love Lives, taps into the insight that as a nation we sometimes find it hard to express how we feel. It tells the story of a dad and his son, and how the gift of music helps them find their way back to one another - because sometimes, a gift can say the things we can't. The idea lived beyond the film through real cultural moments, from a DJAG livestream to an intimate, secret Labrinth gig, bringing the power of music and connection into the real world.
